Made with red Garnacha grapes, this is the most recent addition to Raventós Codorníu's range of unique wines, along with the white wine La Charla 2025 in Magnum format.

Walker's Wines, Raventós Codorníu's collection of unique wines from different Spanish designations of origin has launched The Tafaner, A modern, fresh, and elegant rosé, this wine becomes the second in this line originating from the Costers del Segre DO (Lleida). Its 2025 vintage is marked by a high-quality harvest in the region, resulting in balanced wines with intense aromas.

Pale pink with peach tones, it releases delicate aromas of white fruit (pear and apple), with subtle hints of red fruit (tart strawberry) and a background of floral notes and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, an explosion of white and red fruit notes is perceived, along with excellent acidity that provides freshness and a long finish.

Tafaner is the perfect accompaniment to dishes with vegetables, white meats, rice, soft cheeses, and fish. It's also ideal for simple dishes often enjoyed at summer dinners, such as pizzas, fried foods, lasagna, or pâtés.

It is recommended to serve it at 10°C and its optimal consumption time is considered to be throughout the year following its production.

La Charla 2025, a refreshing Verdejo in Magnum format

The other recent release in the Vinos del Paseante collection originates from the bush vine vineyards on the brown, stony soils of the Rueda region (Valladolid). It is the 2025 vintage of The Talk, an expressive verdejo with a slight hint of sauvignon blanc that comes in Magnum format.

This young white wine is ideal for livening up an informal outdoor table with several diners willing to have a lively conversation while enjoying light dishes such as creams, salads, sauteed vegetables, fish and seafood, smoked meats, white meats, pasta or rice dishes.

Pale yellow in color with greenish highlights, clean and bright, its nose is distinguished by an expressive aroma of tropical fruit (mango) and light notes of citrus freshness. It has a fresh entry, with a smooth mouthfeel balanced by well-integrated acidity and a long, persistent aniseed finish.

It is recommended to consume it between 8 and 10 °C, without serving it too cold, in order to properly appreciate all its sensory characteristics.
