At Raventós Codorníu we are collaborators with Wine in Moderation (WiM), a program launched in 2008 by the European wine sector to demonstrate its social responsibility to the European authorities in the fight against alcohol abuse and its harmful effects on society. A unique and global message to reduce the damage caused by excessive drinking and promote the enjoyment of wine in moderation.
Raimat, Bodegas Bilbaínas and Legaris They have the demanding 'Sustainable Wineries for Climate Protection' certification, the first and only specific seal for wineries in terms of sustainability. The SWfCP defines the criteria that a sustainable winery must meet and is only awarded to those who pass a demanding verification process. Since 2023, the seal includes, in addition to the environmental pillar, social, economic, and governance sustainability criteria that certified wineries must meet in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In March 2025, Raventós Codorníu achieved B Corp certification, joining this global movement of companies that use their strength for good. The Code of Ethics and Conduct for suppliers of the Raventós Codorníu Group (hereinafter also, “Raventós Codorníu” or the “Group”) aims to establish the minimum ethical, social, environmental and legal requirements applicable to any supplier or subcontractor that carries out work for or on behalf of the Raventós Codorníu Group.
The RAVENTÓS CODORNIU Code of Ethics constitutes an express declaration of the values, principles and standards of conduct that must guide the behaviour of all members of the Group in the development of their professional activity, guaranteeing the collective application of the Group's commitments and the integration of all company personnel into the corporate culture.
This Anti-Corruption Policy modifies and updates the Anti-Corruption Policy approved by the Raventós Codorníu Group in 2015, in order to adapt it to current regulations and practices and to the current structure of the Raventós Codorníu Group.

It is the story of 18 generations of a family of winegrowers, of their progress, their convictions and their ability to dare to improve day by day. In 1872, Josep Raventós Fatjó made the first bottle of cava by applying the traditional method to the combination of the Penedès varieties: Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada. Since that first innovation, 150 years ago, Codorníu has developed cavas in its Sant Sadurní d'Anoia cellars, declared a National Historic-Artistic Monument in 1976, the work of the architect Puig i Cadafalch, which it exports to half the world. We spend our lives talking about dreams, about all those things we haven't done yet, or that life we only dream of.
